È oggi avvenuto il trasferimento, senza aver sostenuto alcun onere da parte del Concessionario ASM Brescia, dell'impianto idroelettrico aggiudicatosi nel 1999 da Brulli Energia con schema BOT. Tramite tale iniziativa venne realizzato, finanziato e gestito su base chiavi in mano da Brulli Energia l'impianto idroelettrico Cogozzo, dietro corresponsione da parte di ASM Brescia dell'energia elettrica prodotta sino alla data odierna. Tale realizzazione ha rappresentato per Brulli Energia un importante traguardo che le ha permesso di divenire uno dei primari operatori, in termini di efficenza, del settore delle energie rinnovabili e della trasmissione in alta tensione.
