È stata oggi costituita la società Brulli Eolica Srl, con azionista unico la società Brulli Energia Srl; essa è deputata, nell'ambito del processo di suddivisione delle attività di Brulli Energia in Business Unit, a detenere le partecipazioni totalitarie delle SPC eoliche presenti in italia. Il processo di unbundling proseguirà nei prossimi mesi suddividendo le ulteriori BU, mediante processi di societarizzazione, relativi all' idroelettrico, alla trasmissione ed ai progetti avviati nell'area della Nuova Europa.
