E’ stata oggi depositata la sentenza del TAR di Catanzaro No. 00802/2009 REG.RIC. che ha accolto il ricorso della società controllata Parco Eolico Sersale Srl, contro la Regione Calabria, per non aver rispettato i tempi prescritti per la convocazione della Conferenza dei Servizi finalizzata al rilascio dell’Autorizzazione Unica dell’omonimo parco eolico. Con tale pronunciamento la società confida ora di potere avviare i lavori di costruzione dell’ omonimo parco al più tardi nel IV° trimestre del corrente anno.
